Jacqueline Perry


Jacqueline Marie Perry, Anpo Wasté Wi, “Good Morning Star Woman,” died April 12, 2019, in Poplar. She was born to Clarence Christian Sr. and Helen LeCaine on July 11, 1954, in Wolf Point.
After school, she worked many years for the Fort Peck Tribes.
She met Adrian Perry and they were married on July 15, 1983.
She is survived by her daughters, Freda Christian and Joni Johnson; son, Richard Terbasket; adopted daughters, Lynette Crasco and Dyan Youpee; adopted sons, Larry Campbell Jr. and Dylan Youpee; siblings, Claire “Skeeter” Meyers, Barbara FastHorse, Donna “Shmo” Ricker, Peggy Ricker, Lauri Japp, Tommy Christian and Jiggs Ricker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Adrian Perry; daughters, Bobbie Perry and Andrea Perry; granddaughter, Laila Christian; sister, Betty Jo Ricker; and brothers, Clarence “Bonzie” Christian Jr., John “Lucky” Christian, Terrance Christian, Arnold Ricker and Joseph Ricker.
A wake was held Wednesday, April 17, at 7p.m. at the James Black Dog Center in Fort Kipp. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 18, at the James Black Dog Center in Fort Kipp. Interment will follow at Fort Kipp Cemetery. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel was entrusted with arrangements.
